An experienced roofing technician will do a thorough inspection of your roof, and property overall. They will look for damage to your roofing material, gutters, accessory structures, fences, garage doors, and even your mailbox! At this meeting, the technician will advise you whether they feel it would be worth filing an insurance claim for the damage, or not, and if not, an estimate for repairs can be provided

Once an insurance claim has been filed, your tech will meet the insurance adjuster at your property, on the date and time you have set with them. This is a critical part of ensuring your insurance company amply covers the losses from the damage: many times, we see insurance companies providing their insured customers with a minimal payout, and part of our job is to ensure you are fully and completely covered for the work needing to be done at your property.

When the claim has been approved by your insurance carrier, Paul and his team will work with you to schedule your repairs! Choosing a new roof can be fun and exciting, and we do our best to ensure the stress is kept to a minimum. You will be provided with color choices, material choices, upgrade options, and more, and our team can help you make these decisions based on your specific needs.

A day or two before your new roof install, materials will arrive and will be checked for accuracy. The morning of your roof will start early, and many times the work will be completed that same day. Any other repair items that were decided upon based on your particular situation, will also be scheduled and completed at your convenience.
